Al Ferrand

Al began painting in 1996, after an extensive career as an Investigator in Law Enforcement. The need to grow personally and escape the stress of the profession led him into fine art. He enjoy painting "en plein air" Nevada and California landscapes. His favorite locations are on the beautiful Truckee River and High Sierra landscapes. Al is an award winning artist producing renderings in oil, watercolor, pastel, acrylic and sculpture materials.
